Case Review & Unresolved Questions

Closing 2025. Entering 2026.

Justice does not expire. Truth does not fade. Love does not die. The End of 2025 — A Year of Refusal

As 2025 comes to a close, Justice4Calvin stands as a refusal to accept silence over truth, a refusal to accept misclassification over accountability, and a refusal to accept that any human life can be quietly disposed of. Every human life matters.

No matter how it is lived.

No matter the mistakes made.

No matter the choices others judge.

No one has the right to take a human life.

And when a life is taken, the only lawful response is accountability and justice.  Not excuses, avoidance, and 5th amendment pleadings.

Calvin Berry’s case, the evidence tells a story that cannot be ignored.

Calvin Berry was a human being before anything else.

There is no mitigating circumstance that outweighs the disturbing and unlawful circumstances surrounding his death and his body tossed out like the furniture tossed out on the street.

Calvin was a human being before anything else.

No choice he made diminished his right to live.

No narrative justifies what was done to him.

The Beginning of 2026 — A Year of Accountability

As we enter 2026, Justice4Calvin does not slow down — we press forward.

This is the year we demand that crime be met with justice.

The year we insist that evidence be followed, not buried.

The year we say clearly: human life is not disposable.

Those who do not value human life must be confronted by a system that does.

This movement is about justice.

Justice means we confront crime with truth.

Justice means evidence matters; forensic, digital, and factual.

Justice means human life is valued, respected, and protected.

Justice requires real investigation.

Justice requires real prosecution.

Justice requires courage.

Justice honors the dead by protecting the living.

Justice tells the truth even when it is uncomfortable.

Justice stands firm when others look away.

I am not seeking revenge.

I am seeking justice.

2026 begins with resolve.

With purpose.

With faith that truth, no matter how delayed, will rise.

When One Death Has Four Explanations, the Truth Has Not Been Investigated

WHEN STORIES CONFLICT, EVIDENCE MATTERS.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING!

Abstract Light Projection

IMMEDIATE FAMILY NARRATIVE

Based on sworn testimony, records, and expert review

"This was no accident."

Questions surround a fake ransom, questionable documents, and contradictory statements. The volume of forensic evidence points away from an accident and toward intentional wrongdoing, including signs of drugging, that were never meaningfully investigated.

PSLPD ACCOUNTABILITY

Independent forensic experts

"The investigation failed."

The Port St, Lucie Police Department relied on conclusions rather than evidence, provided manufactured data, and dismissed material contradictions.  What followed appeared less like investigation and more like avoidance, cover-ups and institutional protection.

FORENSIC & DIGITAL REALITY

Public records & digital analysis

"The science tells a different story."

Independent forensic analysis and digital footprints contradict the official narrative.

Data, timelines, and technology reveal inconsistencies that demand independent review and accountability.

Why This Case Must Be Investigated — And Why We Continue to Seek Justice

This case presents an extraordinary and deeply concerning reality: multiple, conflicting determinations of death—heart attack, suicide, accidental drowning, and homicide—have all been asserted at different times, by different parties, based on the same set of facts.

That alone demands scrutiny.

When conclusions cannot be reconciled with one another or with physical evidence, forensic findings, digital records, and sworn testimony the issue is no longer opinion. It is a matter of public accountability.

This chart exists to show, in plain view, what has never been meaningfully addressed:

key investigative steps were omitted, critical contradictions were left unresolved, and evidence pointing away from an accident was not independently examined. Instead of transparency, the case was closed, multiple times, without answering the most basic questions required in any credible death investigation.

Speculation does not arise in a vacuum. Speculation arises when evidence is ignored, inconsistencies are left unexplained, and conclusions are reached without full analysis. A proper investigation eliminates speculation. It does not create it.

This is why we continue to seek justice.

Not for attention.

Not for accusation.

But because truth requires examination, and accountability requires courage.

Until the conflicting narratives in this case are evaluated through an independent, evidence-based investigation, the truth remains unresolved, not only for our family, but for a community entitled to transparency and a justice system worthy of its trust.

Justice is not a conclusion.

Justice is a process.

And that process has not yet occurred.
